These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of KitFront. By visiting our website, creating an account, downloading or copying resources, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use KitFront.
If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at support@kitfront.com.
1. About KitFront
KitFront provides reusable website sections, UI blocks, templates, code examples, previews, documentation, and related digital resources for developers, freelancers, agencies, startups, and businesses.
KitFront is a digital product and software resource library. It is not a custom development service unless we separately agree otherwise in writing.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your location, to purchase a paid plan or enter into these Terms.
If you use KitFront on behalf of a company, agency, client, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
3. Accounts
Some KitFront features require an account. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by anyone who has access to your credentials.
You must not share paid account access, resell account access, or use one account as a shared team or public download account unless a plan expressly allows it.
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, credential sharing, scraping, unauthorized redistribution, payment issues, security risks, or violations of these Terms.
4. Free and Paid Plans
KitFront may offer free resources, paid subscriptions, lifetime plans, promotional offers, coupons, trials, or limited-time pricing.
Plan features, limits, resource availability, pricing, and access rules may vary by plan and may change over time.
Free resources may be changed, limited, or removed at any time. Paid resources require an active eligible plan unless you purchased lifetime access or another plan that states otherwise.
5. Billing and Renewals
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize the payment provider to charge your payment method.
Payments, invoices, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and payment method handling may be processed by Paddle or another payment provider.
You are responsible for keeping billing information current and for any taxes, fees, or charges associated with your purchase, except where handled directly by the payment provider.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel an active subscription through your account, available billing tools, or by contacting support if account cancellation tools are unavailable.
After cancellation, access generally remains active until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically create a refund. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.
7. Refunds and Chargebacks
Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review that page before purchasing a paid plan.
If you believe there has been a billing error, duplicate charge, or technical access problem, contact us at support@kitfront.com so we can review it.
Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account restrictions while the dispute is reviewed.

18. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold KitFront harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of KitFront, your projects, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse or redistribution of KitFront resources.
19. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if necessary to protect KitFront, users, payment systems, security, intellectual property, or legal compliance.
After termination, your right to access paid resources ends. Sections of these Terms that by nature should continue will remain in effect, including license limits, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity.
